Very sturdy cotton, like old fashioned leotard material. Not convinced it is 100%, not only because there is a (welcome) percentage of spandex but also because of the fabric's density, but it could be. The set does seem very good quality, well sewn, and I am glad I bought them. A wedge panel of material is sewn into the seat of the bottoms which "bells" it slightly to receive the derriere. I like it! I got the XL which was the right size for me given the choices. I wear between a small and a medium, more often medium these days. I am 120 lbs. and 5 foot 1. The top is longer on me than it would be on a taller woman but it is warmer that way so I like it.

I usually take a size small (US) but the reviews indicated Asian sizing so I got size large & they fit great! The mostly cotton blend is very comfortable and thick enough to keep you warm. The writers won't let in any cold air. The embroidery around the neck is very cute too! And they were delivered fairly quickly, so I highly recommend these pajamas

Really good quality fabric and very comfortable to wear. Definitely recommend to have it .
