Missing parts. The box came damaged and the manufacturer said that item must be returned in original package. Not possible. You have to put item together to figure out that parts are missing. I was able to get some parts at the hardware store but it is still missing the chain. The instructions said sone parts may not be as pictured. WTH the picture s show the whole setup and you need all the parts listed.
