I ordered one chair they sent me 2 sets of cushions without the base or arm rest. now I have cushions I don't need and cant use for anything else!. guess I will have to cut these up and use the foam cushions for something else. damn waste of money and shitty customer service as they didn't want to help but just get rid of me! no more big items will I buy from Markabu, only small things that don't contain parts that warehouse parts pickers steal on a regular basis. dam shame to because I pulled one cushion out and it looked like it would have been a beautiful and comfortable chair. and after I agreed to take a 20 dollar credit I find, you cant even buy arm rails or the back support hardware any where on the web!. I really hate to have to cut these up being they are so nice!. their products are nice its just too bad their warehouse parts pickers are helping themselves to the ram and memory chips that things like dash cams come with!. they also can't figure out that a chair should come with all of the parts and not just the cushions!
