I ordered this dresser, thinking it was gonna be larger than it actually was in person which happens from time to time. After finally figuring out how to put it in the box like it was, I went to Markabuto try to return it. They told me that I couldn’t return it in the same box that I got it in because it was over 65 kg and I couldn’t return a package or get a label with any weight over that. They told me that I had to create multiple return orders to get my refund even though I don’t think that’s possible. The manual says I have a 30 day warranty and suggest if there’s any problems that I send an email, but the email doesn’t exist. The person I’ve been in contact with has been no help and keeps repeating the same thing and hasn’t gotten anywhere. I’m really disappointed with the experience that I’m having and still, have not reached a solution. I’m leaving this review in hopes that someone will reach out to help me.
