Size seemed small when i got it but it’s a nice size once i started using it. Been making chicken fingers and frying potatoes. Saves me a lot of oil vs a deep fryer and much easier to clean.

My chicken fried came out nice and crispy. The thermometer attached is so nice because the temperature is the main important thing for frying. Well made 👌
